Q.
Q.
Q.  Can the Brass Nameplates be attached to a harness?
A.  Yes, Brass Nameplates can be attached to any harness. The best place to attach the nameplate is across the piece that lays across your dog's back. This way it won't be in the way if you need to adjust the harness.

Q.  I lost one of my rivets; can I get replacement rivets?
A.  Yes, simply call 1-800-826-7206 and let one of our friendly call center agents know that you need replacement rivets. They will get your name and address, and we will ship them out to you.

Q.  Will I be able to attach a Brass Nameplate to a leather collar?
A.  Although the rivets that attach the plate to the leather collar are more difficult to apply than to a nylon collar, it can be done.

Q.  Are the nameplates made out of solid brass or are they just brass plated?
A.  Both sizes of nameplates are made out of solid brass.

Q.  How do you attach the nameplate to a collar?
A.  To attach your brass nameplate to your dog's collar first make two holes for the rivets to go through. Lay the plate on the collar, lining it up with the holes, and slide the top rivet into the holes. Slide the bottom rivet over the top one, and with the collar laying on a hard surface, pound the rivet with a hammer. Your nameplate will then be attached to your dog's collar.
