Directions for Use
Depending on the size of the lily, a minimum of two scoops for plants contained in 1-3 gallon pots and three to five scoops for larger plants is recommended. Because of the slow release nature of this product, it is difficult to overdose.
One application per year.
Remove the plant from the pond. Make a small hole with your finger or a blunt object like a wood dowel, or the end of a broomstick. The hole should be a minimum of four inches in depth. Make the hole in the soil near the root mass or crown of the plant. Add one scoop of fertilizer to each hole; push the soil around the hole and reposition the plant.

If fertilizer needs to be added during the season or if water level cannot be lowered, wrap a scoop of fertilizer with a coffee filter, a small piece of pantyhose, or paper towel and push into the hole you created.
