This new feeder combines the patented Squirrel-proof Blue Sky Café dome with a vinyl coated 1 1/2 inch wire form that allows easy access for Bluebirds. Excellent for attracting bluebirds & orioles while keeping gluttonous robins and grackles out. It comes with a mealworm cup that is removable for easy cleaning. It also has a 2' hanging chain or the enclosed cord and cord lock can be used in place of the chain if you decide to pole mount your Sky Café Bluebird Feeder.
- Blue dome
- Tray with vinyl wire enclosure attached
- Meal worm cup
- Chain, 2 vinyl tips, metal washer, rubber washer, s-hook
- Cord and cord lock for use when pole mounting the feeder (instead of chain assembly)
Attach the S-hook to one end of the chain. Use pliers to close the S-hook onto the end of chain. Thread chain through rubber washer, then metal washer then through feeder dome.
Insert the V-wire thru the last link on the end of the chain inside dome. Hook the looped ends of the V-wire around the raised bumps at opposite sides on the second row of the wire cage. Press vinyl tips onto protruding ends of the V-wire. Squeeze loops closed if desired.
Allow the dome to slide onto the top of the seed hopper.
Hang feeder from a tree limb or iron hook.
Instead of attaching the chain onto the V-wire, use the cord and cord lock.
Experts recommend cleaning at least monthly to remove harmful bacteria. Use mild, soapy water, and polish with a soft cloth, to keep the Sky Café Feeder looking like new. Rinse in clean water and dry thoroughly before refilling. NEVER use solvents, abrasives, cleansers, or spray cleaners.
