Rated 5 out of 5 by Trott product looks real.
Had to cover lid for water lines, owner didn't want to see lid but still needed to access water lines. So I ordered fake boulder and turned out to be great product, great color, and easy installation.

I discovered that not only was the cover broken on the streetside sewer clean-out, but that I couldn't replace it; the vertical had been installed with the phlange end up, so the caps don't fit. I ended up using (don't laugh) a combination of a 75-cent glass lid from a stainless steel pot that I got at an estate sale, covered by this fake rock. Each is vented to avoid the buildup of "icky" fumes, and I buried the base of the fake rock and surrounded it with several real ones. A really close inspection would reveal that it's fake, but to the casual observer it fits right in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by tonbo Very realistic
I searched many retailers to find a good looking faux rock to cover my well head on my front lawn. This is by far the most realistic rock I could find, bought the largest size. It has enough weight to stay in place but is easy enough to move around. Compliments my azaleas and boxwoods nicely (going for a japanese garden look). The coloring of the "rock" is really what makes it work as it is variegated like a natural stone would be with shades of grey and a few hints of brown.
The interior varies in height so just be careful of the height/shape of the object you are covering. I raised the rock high enough with a few pieces of slate and then covered them with topsoil/mulch because the well head was a couple inches too high. Turned out great!
