Rated 5 out of 5 by HHelser My kitties LUV it!!
If you're looking for an outdoor pet enclosure this is great!!! My rambunctious boy likes to chill in it and check out nature without getting into trouble! Very sturdy. Easy to set up and move around. now I'm waiting on the other piece that zips to it to make it bigger. All in all I'm very happy and so are my kitties!

Rated 4 out of 5 by imacatluvr Nice addition to the Crazy Maze
I added this to the Crazy Maze. I did take a couple of the smaller tunnels off the Crazy Maze, due to the space I have with Vertical Fun Run added to it, but it's still a nice play area for the cats. It takes some effort to put together, the instructions weren't totally clear to me. There are small pockets at the top and bottom of the Fun Run that you must squeeze open or force open a bit. The four poles easily piece together (they're collapsible) and I first pushed them through the middle loop where the yellow ties are located, before placing the bottom of the pole in the pockets. Then it's easier to finish installing the poles in the upper section. Once all the poles are attached and the velcro loops secured, the Fun Run stands up nicely. I don't use the ties, as it's inside and it seems secure. I have the Vertical Fun Run portion in a corner, so two walls help secure it, just in case. The zipper was not smooth to zip, and I was concerned it might tear, but it didn't.

I have had this Kitty City for about 6 weeks. I bought it for our two housecats with the hope that it would allow them some guarded views of nature. First, the set-up was easy. If you have assembled a tent or shelter, etc. this is similiar. Assembled in minutes. Even the anchoring, (I used the ties because it is on my deck) was easy. The ties are easy to knot and secure. The problem was my cats. There was the initial hesitation that most cats have. Then all they did was stay in the lower level. We tried to coax them into the upper levels but since the only openings are at the bottom, it wasn't possible. Some weeks later one of the cats finally ventured into the upper levels but didn't feel stable and rushed back down. I don't know what we would do if a cat refused to come down from the top level because again the entry is limited to the lowest level. In my opinion this product isn't worth it or maybe it works best with cats that are very mobile. My cats have become comfortable with the product but will not venture from the bottom level.
