We strongly recommend air service to ensure your vaccines arrive in peak condition. Due to the temperature sensitivity of vaccines, we will not be able to replace or accept returns on vaccines that are shipped ground service.

Shipping to a Different Address
If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.
All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS to distributing military centers in the U.S., at which time the military service assumes responsibility for shipping. Please allow 6 weeks for delivery.
NOTE: The following items cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO address: oversized items, vaccines, electronic items, and some meat products. Please contact customer service at 1-800-381-7179, or by email, to determine the exact restrictions.
Follow these steps when entering an APO or FPO address
- Enter the recipient's full name and address in the relevant fields
- Enter APO or FPO in the City field.
- Enter AE in the State field if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Enter AA if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Enter AP if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
- Regardless of where the recipient is stationed, select "United States" from the Country drop-down menu.
If you wish to ship outside of the United States, please Contact Us beforehand with a list of your order item numbers so we may provide you with a custom shipping quote from our international carrier. For your convenience, we recommend sending your list via Email. Shipping to Canada
Prices and rates listed are in U.S. Dollars. Flat rate fee ($19.99 US) plus 12% International Surcharge based on merchandise value apply. Online orders ground shipping only; please call 800-381-7179 for expedited shipping. Please expect approximately 7-10 business days for delivery. Sorry, certain items (including prescription medications, foods, and flea & tick preventives) are not eligible for Canadian delivery. Splitting an Order Between Two Shipping Addresses
If you are splitting the order between two addresses (i.e. sending some products to one address and other products to a different address), each order will need to be entered separately. See "Shipping to a Different Address" above for instructions on sending products to an address different than your billing address. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order.
How to Track Your Order
Customers who provide an email address will receive order status updates. These may include an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email including tracking information if available.
To track your package and view its estimated arrival date you can:
