For vaccination of healthy horses against Equine Encephalomyelitis (Sleeping Sickness), both Eastern and Western strains; Equine Influenza (Type A2); and Tetanus. Killed vaccine-toxoid is mixed with proprietary adjuvant Havlogen to increase the efficacy of the protection. Thimerosal is added as a preservative. Pre-loaded single-dose syringe includes needle. *Administer intramuscularly (IM) only. If using as a primary immunization, purchase two to use one as a booster. For horses age 6 months or older.

Suggested use: Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened. For primary immunization, aseptically inject horses with 1 ml intramuscularly and repeat the dose in 3 to 4 weeks. Administer annually. A booster dose can be administered at more frequent intervals based upon individual horse or farm and at any time epidemic conditions exist or are reported and exposure is imminent.
Storage: Store at 35° to 45°F. Avoid freezing. Keep away from children and pets.

This regulation helps ensure vaccine quality and consistency in labeling. However, because of this regulation, we cannot accept open packages of vaccines for return or replacement once the seal or package has been broken.
