Hi! You can use a ferret cage or a cage made for rats as long as its tall & can fit in an exercise wheel big enough for a sugar glider-solid bottom wheels are best. They like to climb, so the taller the better!

Hey Kenzie,

I'm going to say no. Bigger is better when it comes to the amount of space your bunny should live in. According to the House Rabbit Society, the minimum space of a cage should be 8 square feet per bunny with 24 square feet of exercise space.

If you look at the picture for the product, the size is JUMBO and that isn't enough room for the bunny that's already in it in the picture. I have one bunny and I use one of the 8-panel small pet playpens (available through Drs. Foster and Smith) for him to sleep in; we bolted it to the wall so it's about 5 feet deep x 6 feet wide. He stays loose in our kitchen during the day and has a litterbox to use.

I have never had a ginneau pig... now I want a carrying bad, stroller better cage and easy wants to take him with me in the car.

I can't seem to find carrying purses that I know he can breath and feel healthy. Both daughters want to carry them arounf... so I need two of everything. Thank you, Kim

i need a larger cage for my teddy bear hamster with 1/2" wire spacing.

most hamster cages are just too small. i need one at least 24.5L x 16W. and not too tall. max 16 inches in height.
also need a good solid plastic exercise wheel. minimum 8 inches.
can you please recommend? thanks.

If you are having a hard time finding something big enough for your hamster, I would suggest trying out the Tank Topper, which you place on top of a 10 gallon aquarium, offering your hamster double the area in a short period of time.
