Air Dryer 500

Reduces dust and humidity in your ozonizer's air supply to increase efficiency. Connects directly in-line to supply clean and dry air output through the use of silica beads that remove moisture from the air. Blue beads will turn a light pink when exhausted and can be baked in conventional oven to recharge. 15-3/4" x 2" x 2-1/2".

How to install

1. Remove the plastic caps from the hose barbs on the Dryer.
2. Connect the Dryer in-line on the air inlet to your ozonizer.

Operation:
When free of moisture the Silica beads are a dark blue color. As the beads remove the moisture from the air they change color from dark blue to light Pink.

When all the beads in the Dryer have changed color, the beads must be recharged by drying them out as described below.

Note:
Do not wash the beads when they are fully dry (dark blue) as this will cause the beads to crack.

Recharging the Beads:

1. Open the Dryer by removing the gray end cap with the O-ring. Pour the Silica beads onto a flat heat-resistant tray.
2. Place the tray in an oven and heat at 230ºF until the silica beads return to their original color.
3. Return the beads to the Dryer.
4. Replace the gray end cap ensuring the O-ring is in position.
