Installation Sets Set 1 (12/16 mm) 5 5 2 2

just like original parts I purchased my pump over 15 years ago and until now was not able to find replacement parts. I was forced to make elbows for the intake outtake lines.l I am so happy with my merchase. The parts fit just like they were orginal parts to the pump. February 15, 2012

Great Installation Kit! I originally place the Installation kit #2 on two of my Eheim 2217s on my 125 gallon tank. I was so impressed by the ease of installation and the security of how well it anchors over the edge of the aquarium, that I purchased 3 other sets for my other Eheim filters. These things are great! Which one, if either, of these fit the Filstar XP M?

Hello, I can't seem to figure out which of these sizes fits the Filstar XP M. I'm told the tubing is 17mm.
I suspect neither fits, correct?

Thank you for your question. The 12/16 mm sets accommodate 1/2" tubing or Eheim metric tubing. The 16/22 mm sets fit 5/8" tubing or Eheim metric tubing. Neither of these will work with the XP M
FilStar XP Canister Filter, which has 3/4" tubing.

Are these included with the new EHEIM Classic canisters?

I have an older EHEIM Classic which did not include these. Instead, it has the green intake and outlet tubes. I was told that the newer EHEIM Classics being made have these 'Installation Kits' included in with it. Is this true?
