To Use
Remove from the packaging and allow to soak in cool tap water for 10-20 minutes. Remove from the water & towel dry. Hang dry for 30 minutes until the exterior is dry to the touch. Now it is ready to use and will stay cool for days, with no moisture touching your pet's skin.
Storage
Hang in a well-ventilated area. Do not wad it up, or throw it in a corner. You may store it in a sealed plastic bag for up to three months. For long-term storage, dry to original crystalline state and store in a dry location.
Washing
Hand wash in mild soap and allow to line dry.
