Your product is by far the best one that I have found so far! I like the option of having a more firm support and one that would not roll or bunch up when using without the harness and if it could have a soft padded accessory that would allow the two handles to stay together. Similar to soft handles for luggage. My dog just had a laminectomy and I am using the carrier all the time and love it.
Our 11 year old Mastiff, Kody, has had a minor stroke and now has difficulty getting up from a sitting or laying position. When he slips and his legs go out from under him, it's impossible for him to get up on his own. The Comfort Lift Carrier has made Kody's life so much better and has been a life saver on our backs. Because of the Comfort Lift Carrier, he is less stressed and is much happier. We highly recommend this product for any older dog with this type of problem or one that has had surgery.

Our English Springer, Coco, just had her anterior cruciate repaired. I bought this for our older Springer, Will, but Coco needed it first. Since she cannot put weight on her leg, we started to use this and it is great!! She is 60 pounds and I have the large one -- it fits perfectly! I have no problems using it to help her walk... even when she has to go outside, it helps get her up and down steps. I highly recommend this!!!!
