These replacement covers are excellent. They come in patterns and colors that ill work in any home. They are durable (the one that came with the bed still hasn't worn out) and offer you peace of mind. If yours is chewed up or wears out, you always have a back-up.
The best part is the personalization. I love anything with my dogs' names on it. I also love that when we update out furniture, we can get a new one that matches.

Elastic edged, protective cover for the quilted bed?
The quilted orthopedic beds are the best. We have 4 of them. Our old German Shepherd needs the support so I always have these beds for our dogs even as puppies. What happened to the elastic edged protective covers? Those make the whole bed experience so much easier. They protect the mattress from dog accidents and wet muddy paws. it's so much easier to wash those covers than to wash an entire cover and put it back on. I am in need of a couple of new ones and don't want to buy entire covers that aren't waterproof and harder to take off and put back on. The mattresses are ruined if urine soaks through. I've decided to buy a waterproof liner such as a baby bed mattress cover and then buy a pretty fabric and have a seamstress sew them together with an elastic edge. It will suit my needs better to protect the bed and couldn't cost as much. Sorry you discontinued them.

Love the cover
The cover is made of quilted material and sewed together very well. This is a very well made replacement cover. Although is is pricey, it is worth the money because it will last.
