Economy Harness: Extra small under 8 lbs; Small (9 - 25 lbs); Medium (25 - 50 lbs); Large (50 - 80 lbs); Extra Large (80 - 120 lbs) (foam-lined).

Fleece-lined (Measure girth of chest): Small (11" - 20"), Medium (19" - 26"), Large (25" - 42").

Not recommended for front seat use due to possible airbag engagement.

I bought one of these for my Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix, Rocky, after almost getting in a wreck on a busy road. He was thrown up against the back of my seat and generally freaked out... so was I, thinking what could have happened. He does not mind the harness and either sits up or just lays down while he's belted in. I feel much better too:) I'm also going to get one for my Bull Terrier, Patton. He likes to wander around the car... including in my lap while I'm driving. He has also been tossed on the floor before, and that he did not like at all. I've used Rocky's harness on him before and he doesn't mind it and he stays put... great product!!!!!!

I just ordered the car safety harness for my Ibizan Hound. In the past, I always thought it was silly to have a "seat belt" for a dog. I was in a car wreck last week and shudder when I think of what would have happened to Gracie had she been with me (as she often is). I was injured - she would have been killed. Gracie will not be traveling in any vehicles ever again without her car safety harness.

I love this harness. I have a small Italian Greyhound so it was still a little large around his neck. I just give the harness one twist before I buckle him and it works fine. He has gotten so used to it that he lays quietly on the seat when he is secured in the harness. I feel better knowing he is safe in the car.

Our very active Lab, Bart, would not stay in the back seat. We were not ready to get a new car or truck that would hold a kennel or cage. We were worried about our safety and Bart's safety when I discovered the Car Safety Harness. It is wonderful! We know he is safe and will not leap on us while we are driving--all 80 pounds of him!

When we got our adult Dalmatian, Chief, we discovered he loved to ride. I had a problem with that until I found the Car Safety Harness in your catalog. I ordered one and Chief is now restrained in the vehicle just like we are. I'm a volunteer firefighter and have seen what happens to an unrestrained individual in an auto accident. I just could not think of that happening to our dog. This is a great life saving product for dogs and I wish more dog owners would use this type of a harness when they take their dogs for rides. This is an item I recommend for every dog that loves to ride.

We have a very active German Shepherd who it is impossible to keep in the back seat for very long. She tried to get in the front, she walked back and forth in the backseat, she was a real distraction. Now with this product she sits nicely and calmly. She was used to it after a few moments. It keeps her secure and safe. Great product, a must have!!

I drive a convertible and my collie, Fiona, loves to ride along, but it would just be too risky to leave her unbuckled ...what if she got spooked and jumped out at a light? I have no worries when she is safely buckled in, and we can both enjoy the ride!

I have used this safty harness for five years now for my dog, Abayomi ! Thankfully I had already started using it when I was run off the road late one Saturday night in Ft. Lauderdale on my way back to Miami. The traffic speed was very high as it usually is on I-95 at that time, and one lane was closed, and I got run off the road, and into sand barrels on the side of the road....He never moved!! He couldn't go any farther than the edge of the seat, and with his little body, he would have been very hurt or worse if he had been thrown around my truck..... I was SO thankfull for this harness because I never had to worry about him!! I found this harness when I started traveling a lot, and I wanted to be safe...I'm glad I did! I also use this harness to walk him all the time....it is more comfortable for him, and gives me more control !! I have another dog now, and I'm buying her one as well....I don't put them in the truck without this harness...it is a life saver just like our seatbelts!
