Lafeber's Nutri-Berries are made with savory peanuts, hulled canary seed, cracked corn, and other tempting ingredients. Your bird will thrive on the stimulation and beak exercise they provide. In fact, 96% of the berries gets eaten, which means it's not just smart nutrition, it's a smart buy, too!
Pineapple, papaya, banana...your tropical bird will feel right at home when you indulge him with this exotic combination of real fruits rolled into berry-shaped pieces. Coated with vitamins, minerals, and protein, Tropical Fruit Nutri-Berries offer the same great nutrition as regular Nutri-Berries but with a tropical twist!

Feeding Schedule: How to introduce a better diet: Mix half Nutri-Berries with your bird's current diet. Once your bird begins eating Nutri-Berries, discontinue the previous seed mix. Note: Most birds accept Nutri-Berries right away, however, if your bird does not initially eat the Nutri-Berries, flatten them and mix with current diet until accepted. Once your bird is eating the Nutri-Berries, feed your bird as much as will be eaten in a 12-hour period (about 10-12 berries). Let your bird empty the food dish before adding more Nutri-Berries. Ideally your pet bird will be fed twice daily, with the dish being emptied after each meal.
This product never goes to waste. My birds eat the berries as snacks and also have some in their regular feeding dish. I too have an adopted bird, her feathers were dry, itchy and dull in color. Her breath smelled. Now she's perky, puffs up her feathers to show me how beautiful they are. Her feathers shine like a rainbow when the sun shines on them. No more itching, no more bad breath. She dances and sings the day away. She's not 16 years old; she's 16 years young and healthy too.
I have an 8-year-old Timneh Grey parrot that
ate a very unhealthy diet when I got him 7
years ago. He was eating all seeds and canned
vegetables. He has been eating Tropical Fruit
Nutri-Berries as his mainstay diet since they
came on the market. I supplement with fresh
fruits, veggies, and table food. His veterinarian
tells me he is very healthy and not to change
his diet one iota. He has beautiful feathers and
is one of the best-looking birds of his species.
I attribute his excellent health to Lafeber's
Tropical Fruit Nutri-Berries!
Amazons are among the most personable of parrots. Affectionate, sociable, and loyal, they can make wonderful companions. Due to their high intelligence, however, Amazons require a devoted owner who is willing to provide significant attention.
