Great Macaw Food!
My 26 yr Blue & Gold has been raised on Pretty Birds pellets and especially Macaw High Energy as soon as it was available. She likes the taste and colors (refused other pellet brands). She is very healthy and her feathers have a shine that everyone including vet staff comment on how beautiful her feathers are.
I appreciate food developed specifically for the needs of her species which is very long-lived so nutrition is extra important. Great food for macaws!

Delicious!
That is what my blue and gold macaw, Hondo, would say. But he has not picked up that word yet. He says, "Mmmmmm, you like that?" He has been a Pretty Bird bird since he was hatched. When our local pet shops stopped selling it, I tried him on another brand. No way! He loves his Pretty Bird. And I am happy now they have a formula for macaws. And no where else was the price as good as here at Drs Foster and Smith! I bought the largest bag and put it in a vittal vault to keep it fresh. I will continue buying this from the Drs!

The only food we buy for our Macaw
My Blue & Gold Macaw loves the food, has been eating it since this type became available, though the brand was the same previously.
H'e 18 and very healthy, so why change.
We just wait for the last gallon is left and order another large bag and the box is on the doorstep in no time. It has never been late.

This product has a varity of colors to attract Skylar, my Blue & gold Macaw
Skylar seems to like this food very well. She eats allmost all of the food offered to her and wastes very little food. She sometimes is pickey and tosses some food out . Not so much of this food is tossed.
