Brewers Yeast

Skin and coat supplement naturally rich in B vitamins and fortified with more than 26 different vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and essential fatty acids. It is used extensively in the show circuit and among groomers in conjunction with Vitacoat to maintain beautiful haircoats. Choose Regular for dogs and cats under 50 lbs. and Mega-Tabs with increased B vitamins and zinc, for dogs over 50 lbs. Garlic flavored.

Regular Brewers Yeast Tablets (for dogs and cats)
Daily use: One tablet per 10 lbs of body weight. Cats and kittens under 5 lbs: 1/2 tablet. Double use for pregnant or lactating females.

Mega-Tabs Brewers Yeast (for dogs over 50 lbs)
Daily use: One tablet per 50 lbs of body weight.

I purchased Drs. Foster & Smith Brewers Yeast several months ago, mainly for my Rottweiler mix, but it worked so well that I now give it to all three of my dogs. They love it and are more than happy to have their "daily dose". Their coats are super soft and shiny, plus no more itchy, flaky skin.

I just wanted to thank you for such an excellent product. I have two vegetarian rescue dogs. My friend recommended I start supplementing with yeast, so I googled and googled until I found your site and purchased a bottle of 500 regular sized Brewers Yeast tablets. My little beagle, Jersey, was itching horribly at the base of her tail to the point that she was loosing her fur. Desperate to find something that would work outside of having to take her to the vet for them to do tests and give me medication for her that might or might not work, I turned to Dr. Foster & Smith. After doing research, I found that the everyone said the Brewer's Yeast worked better then medication from the vet. Although skeptical, I tried it and I am glad I did. Jersey's fur has grown back nicely, shiny and looking healthier then ever, and only after about 6 weeks! I love this product and Jersey even does tricks to get her daily dose! I would recommend this product to anyone having issues with scratching and hair loss with their pet! It's a charm!
