Reef Buffer 250 grams
The Best Buffer you can buy
I was extremely surprised when I first used Seachem's Reef Buffer. I purchased the larger bucket that should last quite a while. My PH would never go over 7.8 in my marine reef even using Red Sea Coral Pro salt. I put 3 teaspoons of Reef Buffer in some fresh RO/DI water and poured it in my sump. To my surprise the PH jumped to 8.5! It came down nicely over the next couple of days to 8.2 where it has stayed.
That is almost a perfect PH for Marine systems and I haven't had to re-dose since. This product is fantastic. Be careful with how much you use though. It is very potent.

I use this to buff my tank to the proper pH. I mix it with 2 cups of hot water shake and let it sit for a while to make sure there is no powder left and then add to my tank slowly. Seems to work well for me.

Good Buffer...it does the job
Works well in raising PH. User should be aware this will also raise Alkalinity and be aware not to overdose.

great product does exactly what it says..HOWEVER!!! do not just dump large quanities in with your top off water..it will cover everything in your tank with a sodium carbonate film you will need a razor blade to scrape it off your glass and powerheads. use a slow drip or slowly add over the lenght of the day..keep powerheads on high when adding..its bascialy just like kalwasser so take your time and you shouldnt have any problems
