AquaStik Stone Grey 2 oz
Works as advertised
Used the epoxy to attach a 3" torch coral to the side of the rock ledge. Works well. I'd recommend determining where your attach points are and then applying the epoxy to one or both contact areas.
The skimmer did foam (over skim) as stated in the instructions, but I turned if off for 24 hours and it came back working fine. I saw no ill effects on the fish or coral.

Great product when used properly
This stuff is great if you use it correctly, too many people complain about it not sticking. They obviously aren't doing it right.
-First of all, cut off small pieces and mix them well in your hands until it is uniform in color. You're using small pieces because it will harden in a short period of time and you need it malleable to work right.
-For dry applications this stuff works amazingly well, just put it between the two objects and press them together. After you situate your objects you will need to push the excess epoxy into the grooves and holes between the two objects and make sure it goes on smoothly and doesn't peel back as you manipulate it. Then, let it dry for 24 hours to get maximum hold.
-For wet applications, you're basically doing the same thing except your going to brush the biological film and organisms off the two surfaces before putting the putty between them. After you've accomplished this and mixed your putty, push the objects together with the putty between them. The challenge here is that it doesn't want to "stick" to wet objects, your job here is to mold the putty smoothly into the crevices, holes and ridges around the objects giving it a good hold on it's surroundings.
-I've never had anything I stuck together with this stuff fall off, The complainers just aren't putting in the effort to make it work.

Great for Corals
Used it and will continue to use for attaching my corals to live rock. Safe and effective. Coral line algae grows on it so it is not an eyesore.

Easy to Use & Versatile in my Reef tank
I ordered 8 sticks of AquaStik to use with my Base Rock when I set up my 324 gallon Reef Tank. I was able to use it effectively to create arches, ledges, and other unique features to break away from the typical pile of rocks. The color blends in well with the Base Rock and has held strong!
