We would not recommend using any outdoor yard spray if your dogs routinely eat the grass and weeds. These products should not be ingested. The following precautionary statement appears on the Virbac Yard Spray:
Precautionary Statements: Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals: Caution: Harmful if swallowed, absorbed through skin or inhaled, causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid breathing vapors or spray mist and contact with skin, eyes or clothing. In case of contact, flush with plenty of water. Avoid contamination of food or foodstuffs. Do not spray plants used for food or feed. Keep pets and children out of treated area until after spray has dried. Do not spray on animals.
