Simple Solution Washable Male Wrap Size: Large
Great wrap for my male puppy. I'm using it as a housebreaking aid. Made of sturdy material and washes well. Would highly recommend.

GREAT ITEM BUT RUNS SMALL
I ORDERED TWO OF THESE FOR MY 12 YEAR OLD TOY POODLE WHO HAS A BIT OF A PROBLEM WITH INCONTINENCE AT TIMES. GOING BY THE SIZING CHART, HE FALLS INTO THE "SMALL" CATEGORY. HOWEVER, UPON RECEIVING THEM, THEY ARE WAY TOO SNUG, EVEN WHEN I HAVE THE VELCRO AT THE VERY END OF THE OTHER END OF THE VELCRO (LET OUT AS FAR AS IT COULD GO.). HE MEASURES 14 INCHES AROUND ABDOMEN AND WEIGHS ALMOST 9 LBS., HAD TO RE-ORDER THEM IN A MEDIUM AND WILL RETURN THE SMALL ONES. OTHER THAN THAT, I LOVE THE STRETCH OF THIS ITEM AND IT IS VERY EASY TO PUT ON HIM. I DO LOVE THIS WRAP AND HOPE THE MEDIUM FITS WELL. I WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW THE MEDIUM WORKS OUT FOR HIS SIZE IF I AM ABLE TO POST ANOTHER REVIEW. HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE CONSIDERING ORDERING THIS WRAP. I THINK IT IS THE BEST WRAP THEY HAVE. JUST WATCH THE SIZING.

Works great, runs small-Dog Pants
I was soooo tired of mopping!! Now, I own many of these. I have a bichon frise with incontinence issues and diabetes, plus marking on occasion. He weighs under 20 pounds and needs a large. Yes, a small dog in a large. Middle age gut I guess. Otherwise it is too tight on the elastic. They do droop a little in the middle, but he is used to it. You MUST, MUST, MUST (did I say Must??), use a pad with these. No doubt about it. I don't recommend Kotex or other feminine pads. I buy WalMart or Teva brand pads that are for female urine incontinence specifically, with the sticky strip to adhere to the pants. I buy moderate flow, LONG length and they fit in there perfect. They don't leak and are meant for holding thin water/urine rather than thick menstrual blood. If you use these with a urine incontinence pad, they do work. Sometimes they can shift a bit or if dog scratches and can have side wetness. But there is no perfect male wrap/doggie pants. I have had no floor leaks unless his pad is full and no one noticed. That is rare. No wet leather couch.
Scooter prefers to be "naked" but he knows he has to wear his "pants" in the house. I do give him a break for several hours in the day if he is napping quietly or to clean himself, but he wears them to bed in my room for sure!
Good thing with them being a bit big is you can put them in the dryer. But I haven't had shrinkage issues.

Some good features, some not so good
I have 4 of the Simple Solution wraps, 3 of the F&S wraps. The Simple Solution wraps have been more durable than the F&S brand, are softer, wash up nicer, and haven't shrunk like the F&S brand has. But, I bought a large SS wrap for my 60 pound black lab/cattle dog mix, and they are a bit too big. There is definitely not enough adjustment on them, the velcro band is only about one and three-fourths inches wide. Therefore they have on many occasions leaked because I can't get them wrapped tightly enough. I'll have to try the medium but fear they will be too small. The velcro closure is very secure, if not too secure...when I have to try to rip the wrap off quickly, I sometimes can't undo the velcro quickly enough. It's also a bit tricky to secure the velcro smoothly with just two hands...it might go easier if there were 4 hands involved. My dog has adapted well to wearing both brands of wraps, but he has back/hip/knee problems and he sometimes cannot stand long enough to get the wrap on. Both SS and F&S brands need a human-grade incontinence liner.
