Cashel Feed Rite Bag Size: Horse
Having tried a few different brands of feed bags I have found that the Cashel feed bag is more durable. I've had one for years and that is why I chose to purchase another for my second horse. The bag prevents waste from those horses that have a hard time taking grain and they withstand the elements and various surfaces the horses eat on. I highly recommend and I would never go back to feeding from a pan/bucket again.

Eliminates waste and food fights
Started using on older gelding who hates his daily pill. Although he always picked it out of feed trough, he eats it happily with feed in bag. Then used it on ADD eater, the one who looks around spilling half his food while eating. He still wanders his stall while eating, but all food goes in his mouth.
Biggest triumph was feeding 2 horses together while turned out. They each eat all their own meal and can't threaten the slower eater while both are wearing feed bags.

Best I've found but one major issue
These feedbags are the best that I have found on the market as far as size, fit, materials, features. BUT the big problem is that the bottoms are not attached securely enough and they separate from the bag after not too long of a time. I have to either throw them out and get more, or if not too bad, I get them repaired a time or two. The bottoms need to be reinforced and double stitched or something to have them stay together longer.
