My sun conure was snapping wood ladders left and right. I was hoping the rope along the sides instead of wood would bore her and I was right. It was much bigger than I expected at first but fit in her cage no problem. She hasn't touched it in weeks!

Wonderful and versatile toy. Took a couple of days for my caique to trust it, but now it is played with on a daily basis, both in his cage and out for training purposes. He will climb up and down when hung vertically, and when attached horizontally, with a nice dip, he will go back and forth on command.
Great interactive toy to amuse both you and your buddy!

by Petr My african greys loves it
every time when I place the new natural rope ladder to her cage, she takes few days to observe. But ones she decides the time has come and starts to chew, the ladder is gone in two days :)
Bit sad for ladder, but great for her busy beak :D
I am yet to find other similar chewing toy that would attract her attention in such a way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by desert29rat Great fun for budgies
I gave this ladder to my budgies several months ago, and they pretty much ignored it. I had it hanging against the back of the cage, but they'd climb up the cage wall instead of the ladder. I think it was because the rungs are a bit large for their feet.
A few days ago, I moved the ladder. It's now hanging horizontally, from the back of the cage to the front, just like a little suspension bridge. Now my budgies use the ladder all the time. It bounces when they walk along it, and they can swing it from side to side. As a suspension bridge, it's become a big hit!
