Misleading
I cannot attest to whether this products works or not because I refuse to use it. It is called "Bitter Apple", however it is not apple at all, it smells like pure rubbing alcohol, and after looking at the ingredients, that's because it basically IS. I will not put this on my cat. If I wanted to use rubbing alcohol, I would have done so.

Didn't Work at All
I got this bitter apple for my cat. He has a wound on his nose that will not heal - the problem is he cleans his face after eating, and rips the wound open. I got the bitter apple to put on his paw before eating, so when he went to groom after eating he would not keep licking his paw and cleaning his face and reopening the wound.
First, the dropper was hard to use. You had to push pretty hard on the cat to get the dropper to activate, which the cat hated - a spray would have been much easier.
Second, the cat did not mind the taste AT ALL. As soon as I put it on him, he would sit there and lick his paw until he cleaned it all off. He would lick it if it was wet. A couple times I held him until it was dry - and even dry he would lick his paw till he cleaned it all off. I was really hoping this would work, but it didn't at all.
Sadly, waste of money and didn't work at all.
