At competitive events, sometimes your horse needs a quick burst of nutrients to replace what he may lose during bursts of vigorous activity. Keep Erytho ProGel on hand to give him a boost of some of the iron or other vitamins and minerals he may need. Erytho ProGel contains nearly 6X the amount of iron that's in Erytho HIP Plus.
Iron is a major component of hemoglobin in red blood cells, which carries oxygen to all tissues and organs. The type of iron contained in this supplement is heme iron, which is more easily absorbed and used by the horse's body than many other forms of iron. Also included in this potent blend are other trace minerals such as copper and cobalt, B vitamins necessary for a variety of physiological functions, and the powerful antioxidant Vitamin E to support the body's normal defenses.
Delicious apple/molasses gel, in a simple one-dose tube, you simply place in your horse's mouth 24 hours prior to athletic events.
Suggested use: Orally inject the entire contents of this 30-gram syringe into the horse's mouth 24 hours prior to athletic events.

According to the National Institutes of Health: "Iron is found in food in two forms, heme and non-heme iron. Heme iron is well absorbed, while non-heme iron is less well absorbed, and non-heme iron, 60 percent of the iron in animal tissue and all the iron in plants (fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts) is less well absorbed. A deficiency of iron limits oxygen delivery to cells, resulting in fatigue, poor work performance, and decreased immunity."
Ingredients: Iron Proteinate (as heme iron polypeptide), Niacin (nicotinic acid), Vitamin E (tocopheryl acetate), Riboflavin, Thiamine, Pyridoxine, Copper, Cobalt, Cyanocobalamine (B12), Natural Molasses and Apple Flavors.
