1. Separate hook from bracket.
2. Mount bracket using screws provided.
3. Slip hook into bracket. Slip vinyl cap onto end of cap.
4. Lift hook up slightly to clear notches in bracket. Rotate hook to desired position; slip hook down to lock in place.
