My favorite cat carrier
Our animal hospital is only a 10-minute walk from my apartment and we don't own a car. I've tried many a carrier, searching for the one that would make it easy for me to walk with one of the cats, make them feel secure, and won't bump them around. This one is the best for me and my cats: I can carry even the heaviest of my four cats comfortably, and their being so physically close to me while I walk is a comfort to my cats. I found this carrier to be perfectly secure for walking, and am even able to stick my hand in and pet them as we go. There is a clip inside the bag to harness your cat in securely, too, although I haven't needed to use it. My veterinarian went wild when she saw this carrier; she loved it so much I just ordered one for her (and a second one for us!).

It is a great durable bag just not big enough
I am sorry I have to return it as it is not big enough for my pet.
Perhaps you have a larger one this is too narrow for any pet to be in long.
Could you send me a label to mail this back
thanks so much MQ

Not secure for even my smallest cat
I thought this would be a great carrier for my smaller cats -- easier to sling over my shoulder and still be able to carry the more traditional carriers with the other cats.
However, this carrier is NOT secure. The side zipper which allows alternate access doesn't stay zipped, and there are only a few small pieces of velcro and a couple snaps to hold the flap closed.
I used two large safety pins to ensure the zipper would stay up, put a harness on my smallest cat and hooked her inside the carrier with the attached clasp. Thank heavens I did, because we were no sooner on the road then she had pushed the flap loose enough to climb out. I pulled over and put her back inside, refastened the flap and positioned it so the flap was against the back of the seat with the seat belt over the whole thing. I made sure I held it closed in the parking lot until we were inside the clinic.
I will not use this again until I can take it to a tailor and have a LOT more velcro added. And even then I will be very cautious.

Not Meant for Travel
My kitten was able to escape this carrier in under 20 minutes & roam freely about the car during an hour drive.
The sides are held together with snaps, all she had to do was hit her head or paw on the closure & it came open immediately.
I would not buy this product.
