Step 1 - Remove adhesive square from white liner.
Step 2 - Remove brown liner to expose adhesive.
Step 3 - Apply to area.

Ingredients: Ground cayenne pepper, ground oregano leaf, lemon powder, and clove oil.

Inactive Ingredients: Hypoallergenic (medical grade) adhesive, and nylon.
