This product is a good idea
I bought this clean-up product because the idea is great. It swivels so you don't lose the load and uses ordinary plastic grocery bags. Putting the bags on was a bit tricky but when mastered works fine. My only complaint is that the handles, which come in sections, do not stay securely locked and loosen when in use. I may try gluing them.

More than adequate
We just ordered our second dog waste rake. We purchased the first about a year ago, but the addition of a third dog to our pack proved too much for the plastic screws that hold together the handles. As soon as the second arrived, we put it together and used duck tape to bolster the connector areas. So far, so good. This product could be improved by making the handles and screws of strong metal--I'd pay a higher price for a sturdier product. Design is great overall.

ok but cheaply made
I've been using this product for about a year to pick up after my Springer and Boarder Collie. This product is not as well made or effective as one that we previously had made from a 6" length of ABS with tines carved into it. Unfortunately, that product is not to be found.
Pros: Uses grocery store bags
Inexpensive
Wide front opening
Rake included
Cons: Bucket shape limits capacity so a bag can't be filled
Screw-together pieces unscrew easily and regularly unless you
secure them with tape or glue
Plastic threads of screw pieces on handles break easily
Handles are too short for anyone but children
Difficult to get the bag attached without touching the soiled
scooper

Handle on rake broke within a month of receipt.
I only used the rake and scooper about 7 times and did not tighten it too tight. It broke, however, at a connecting point. I tried to super glue it together but the material it is made of would not glue together!
