My steps came very quickly and packaged very well. The steps look great with our bedroom furniture. My dog is a little stubborn to go up the steps on her own, but will with a leash. Steps are sturdy and with a little more coaxing, I think she'll have no trouble using them. Love the product though.

Nice, if your dog will use it
I bought this (size large) for my aging schnoodle who is having difficulty jumping on the bed where she has always slept. The stairs themselves are very nice. They are stable and blend nicely with the furnishings in our house. Unfortunately, my dog will not use them. At all. Ever. Thus they are going back.

Disappointment in Quality of Stairs
The stairs I ordered, which were to help my dog, Jackson, access my bed (she has a serious back ailment) collapsed the fourth time she used them. One of the legs on the back supporting the stairs broke completely in two. Jackson weighs less than 40 pounds. My understanding was that these stairs should have accommodated that weight with no problem. Now I have no stairs, and a dog who is afraid to try stairs because of the fright she received when they collapsed.

Warning! Do not purchase!
I rarely if ever leave negative reviews, however this product warrants one.
I warn you not to purchase!
*My dog is only 8 pounds.
*I have no children in my home and the stairs were only used for our bed.
*The folding mechanism gave out in less than 1 year.
*The chip board (wood) allowed the poorly drilled holes to stretch around metal screw bits.
THE UNIT LITERALLY FELL APART!
