TetraFauna Viquarium Decorative Filter

Showcase aquatic reptiles and amphibians in a stunning habitat display. TetraFauna Viquarium Decorative Filter combines decoration and filtration to simplify the creation of a one-of-a-kind setup. Innovative design boasts seamless transition from cascading waterfall to riverbed to riverbank for an impressive land and water habitat for frogs, newts, or turtles.

Realistic resin decoration beautifully conceals an 80 gph flow rate waterfall pump and two ReptoFilter disposable filter cartridges (included) for an attractive filtration solution. Easy-view water level indicator makes it simple to maintain optimal operational water level of 4" to 5-1/2". TetraFauna Viquarium Decorative Filter is perfect for aqua-terrariums, paludariums and other aquatic herptile habitats 20 to 55 gallons in size. The Viquarium Decorative Filter measures 18-1/2" (with Riverbed Extension) x 11-1/2" wide x 11" high (overall dimensions).

Built-in well allows convenient placement of a circular fogger unit (sold separately) for a truly dramatic display.

ReptoFilter Disposable Filter Cartridges feature dense, dual-sided mesh to catch debris and waste. Ultra-activated carbon absorbs odors and discoloration for clean, clear water. Replace filter cartridge every two weeks or sooner for optimal performance. TetraFauna Viquarium Decorative Filter uses 2 ReptoFilter Medium Cartridges.

Setup and installation of your new Viquarium

1. Start by verifying all parts for assembly are included in the package. Viquarium includes:
   • 3-piece Viquarium Decoration (2-piece Waterfall and Riverbank Assembly)
   • 2-piece Riverbed Extension
   • (2) ReptoFilter Medium Cartridges
   • (3) Lids
   • (2) Rubber Spacers
   • 80 gph pump
2. Determine the final placement of the Viquarium Decorative Filter in your aquarium.
3. Place Waterfall and Riverbank Assembly in desired location. Attach 2-piece Riverbed Extension to connect Waterfall and Riverbank Assembly. Tip: Use includes Rubber Spaces as needed to ensure desired placement.
4. Press outflow tube (connected to the top portion of the Waterfall Assembly) into pump discharge opening. Tip: Lubricate tube and adapters with water to ease tube assembly to pump.
5. Place assembled pump on the bottom of the Waterfall portion of the Viquarium.
6. Rinse cartridge filters under cold tap water to remove any carbon dust.
7. Insert filter cartridges into slots on either side of Riverbank Assembly and slide all the way down until seated on bottom.*
8. Place lids on Waterfall and Riverbank Assembly.
9. Decorate aquarium and fill with water until water level is between minimum and maximum line (levels are indicated on side of filter). Use a dechlorinator every time water is added to the tank.
10. Plug in filter and create a drip loop.
11. When installing the fogger (not included), make sure there is always a minimum 2 inches of water in the well. Be sure to follow manufacture instructions.

*Replace filter cartridge every two weeks or sooner for optimal performance.
