Cleaning Instructions: To maintain a healthy environment for both you and your pet, the entire cage and accessories should be thoroughly cleaned and the bedding changed once per week. Cage and cage accessories can be washed with warm water and a mild soap. Thoroughly rinse each washed item to ensure all soap residue is removed. Then let the product air dry before returning it to your pet's environment.

While cleaning your pet's cage and cage accessories, provide a safe, comfortable location in which your pet can exercise, explore, and play. To safely confine your pet, while also allowing your pet to get the essential exercise she needs, we recommend an Exercise Pen for Small Animals.

Best pet husbandry includes the daily removal and replacement of heavily soiled bedding and litter, as well as the washing and replenishing of both your pet's food and water dishes.
