Tucker's Sweatshirt Large Color: Army Green
Dog and I both love it!
My 17 lb short hair terrier mix has very thin fur under her belly/chest area; therefore she gets cold very easily. Most coats do not keep her warm because the belly/chest area is not covered well. Some sweaters are too loose or lightweight to keep her warm. Tucker Sweatshirt is her favorite! It is very warm without being bulky; so it is still easy to get a harness over it. When the weather is below 40 degrees, it is easy to put a t-shirt on her under the Tucker Sweatshirt. It is still very comfortable for her to walk with the extra layer. My favorite part is that the velco runs down the backbone. No fighting with getting it over the dog's head/face. It is so much easier to get on and off than a sweater. My dog will now lift her paw so I can put her leg through it. She is more than eager to put it on. This sweatshirt is a lot warmer than sweaters. It washes very easily in the machine; as long as you keep the velco parts fasten together while washing. After using the first one for 1. 5 years; I just ordered another one so I would have two of them to use.

PJs for my dog
Since I keep my house very cool in the winter I bought this to use as pjs for my geriatric Black Lab. He seems to enjoy wearing it, patiently sits to allow me to get his paws through, and then stands so that I can velcro up his back. I don't use it for outdoors when there is snow on the ground b/c the underside of the sweatshirt would get wet, but it's great for cozy indoor use at this time of year. Everyone who has seen him wearing it, including his vet, has liked the fact that it velcros on the top rather than underneath.

This is a 2nd one for my crew. I just rescued a little Minpin and moved to Wisconsin. These are easy on & off, wash up nice in laundry and wear well. My older dog has had his sweatshirt for 3 yrs. looks new. I like best is that it's long enough to go to the tail on longer dogs.
