This tub is made of lightweight, durable plastic for easy portability, indoors or out. Adjustable tethers can be clipped to your pet's collar to help prevent your pet from escaping. Before Bathing
Gather all your bathing supplies, including: pet shampoo, towels, brushes, combs, massagers and hair dryer. Run water into the Pup Tub and make sure it is neither too hot nor too cold by testing it yourself first. Then, gather your pet and clip the Pup Tub's tethers to your pet's collar (waterproof styles only) to gently hold your pet in place, freeing your hands to massage in the shampoo. The tub's non-slip padding will help keep your dog from slipping.

Selecting a pet shampoo
Resist the urge to use your shampoo on your pet. Drs. Foster and Smith Advanced Formula Shampoos are veterinary formulations proven successful to meet the unique needs of pets.

Massage down to the skin
Work the shampoo down all the way to your pet's skin to boost the effectiveness of the active ingredients and to help massage away loose skin and hair. Massaging bath tools like the Shampoo Bather Brush (item # 25932) help get down deep into your dog's coat.

Rinse and dry thoroughly
At rinse time, we recommend you use a pet sprayer, such as the Rinse Ace (item # 32422), to force water down deep, so shampoo rinses out completely to prevent skin irritation later. Pull the drain plug to empty the tub, but keep the tethers attached as you towel dry your pet, then remove your pet from the tub and finish with a pet dryer at a cool setting.
