Problem solved!
I have a 5 y.o. rescue miniature poodle who doesn't deal with change well. When my elderly standard poodle died, my mini reverted back to behavior he showed when I first got him, including scratching at doors. After researching possible solutions, I decided to try the Door Shield based on other reviews and the price. It took no more than 10 minutes to install on two doors, including measuring and cutting.
Problem solved! No more door scratching!

Great product..........saved my doors and has actually stopped my little guy from even trying to scratch the doors. Easy to install and well worth the purchase.

Problem solved
My big dog was scratching up my pretty wooden front door whenever I went outside and didn't take him. This solved the problem. :)

slick surface, heavy strength, perfect size for little dogs.
Between rooms I have swinging doors with locks to keep my pups
from accessing other rooms. T he door shields protect the doors from dogs scratching and clawing the wood.
C lear plastic, heavy duty, recently one of the pups was able to get his paw under the bottom of the plastic to chew and tear the shield.
My door shields have served through many dogs. for many years. I advocate the shields protection for beautiful wood doors and walls beside the doors.
