Bright T-5 lamp stimulates photosynthetic aquarium inhabitants
|
Powerful, high output T-5 bulbs emit a brilliant 18,000°K light. Energy-efficient Fluval Power-GLO T-5 HO bulbs are ideal for freshwater African Cichlid aquariums and most marine aquariums. Super bright lighting, strong blue spectral range, stimulates photosynthetic coral, invertebrates, and other marine life. Also intensifies fish and coral colors - blue, violet, and purple will really come alive with Fluval Power-GLO.
Use T-5 tubes with compatible T-5 light fixtures with high output electronic ballasts to help increase efficiency and tube life. For optimal performance, replace bulb every 8 to 12 months.

| Glo T-5 HO fluorescent bulbs are available in 3 proven spectrums; Life Glo, Power Glo, and Marine Glo. Glo T-5 HO bulbs offer 3 power levels (24W, 39W, and 54W) and are the perfect bulb to use with any GLO T-5 HO lighting system.
T-5 fluorescent technology delivers significantly more light output per area of bulb surface versus conventional fluorescent bulbs. T-5 HO technology offers big light potential when considering that two T-5 HO fluorescent bulbs can be installed in approximately the same space as a T8 or T10.
Aquarists with heavily planted aquariums enjoying CO2 injection as well as many marine reef keepers now have an efficient, affordable alternative to other high intensity forms of lighting. When considering the depth of most standard aquariums, T-5 HO fluorescent is the ultimate alternative in high light output performance in a linear fluorescent format. GLO T-5 HO offers advantages over other high output lighting, such as; relatively low heat production, even light distributions, comparable or superior spectral longevity, and energy efficiency.
