Remove hair from the bed when necessary with a sticky tape roller (item #12533) or vacuum away using the hand attachment of your vacuum.
How to Care for a Drs. Foster & Smith Pet Bed
Many people wonder how to keep pet beds clean and fresh smelling, while giving attention to extending the life of the bed.
Beds:
Spot clean whenever possible.
Shake the bed out between washings to prevent clumping. If clumping does occur, unzip the inner liner and hand-fluff the fiber.
Covers and Liners:
Use regular washing detergent.
Wash the inside liner only when needed.
Always use cold or lukewarm water.
Always equalize the load in your washer, especially if the cover is large. Wet covers can cause the wash load to become unbalanced.
Tumble dry on low heat, or line dry (recommended for darker colors).
