Savio Mechanical Water Leveler Kit

Maintain constant skimmer water level to prevent pump damage. Install the Water Leveler Kit to a water supply line and attach to your Savio Skimmerfilter. Provides a steady flow of water for optimum skimmer filter operation. Eliminates the possibility of your submersible skimmer pump from running dry. Included self-tapping hose kit features a saddle valve that connects to copper, plastic, or iron water supply lines up to 1 inch in diameter. Attached saddle valve draws water from the supply line to automatically fill skimmer filter chamber when water level drops and the included mini float valve is activated. Includes mini float valve, baffle shield, and self-tapping hose kit (saddle valve and plumbing hardware) . Please specify Left or Right Installation model.

The Savio Mechanical Water Leveler Kit is specifically designed to operate with the Savio Skimmerfilter. NOT suitable for use with Savio Compact Skimmerfilter.

Tool needed: Phillips screwdriver and crescent wrench or pliers.

Note: If the Savio Skimmerfilter is in operation, turn off the pump and unplug UV before installing the Savio Mechanical Water Leveler Kit.

Step 1 Remove existing Baffle Shield from Savio Skimmerfilter. Save the screws for later.

Step 2 Tighten thumbscrew on the Float Valve so the valve hangs at a 90-degree angle.

Step 3 Install water level assembly. Use screws from Step 1 to secure.

Step 4 Turn off water source. Attach Self-tapping Hose Kit to waterline. Follow instructions included with Self-tapping Hose Kit. Extra fittings have been included to allow for greater versatility.

Step 5 Connect Hose to Water Leveler Kit.

Step 6 Turn on water source and monitor water level to ensure Float Valve is operating correctly. Turn on pump to resume normal Skimmerfilter operation.
