Easy to use bark control collar for the most stubborn barkers
*
Rechargeable, waterproof unit offers three modes of use and 10 correction levels
*
This versatile collar trains your dog quickly!
Make your dog's excessive nuisance barking a thing of the past with our most versatile bark collar. Three correction modes and up to ten levels of stimulation really get the attention of stubborn barkers. The No-Bark quickly distracts a dog's urge to bark; most dogs show a marked reduction within the first couple days of wearing the collar. The collar's intelligent design shortens the training phase with correction modes tailor-made to fit your dog's temperament. Indicator lets you know when collar is on or off. For dogs 8 lbs and over.
Use the Temperament Learning mode (indicated by green light) to track the number of corrections needed to reduce your dog's nuisance barks. As your dog barks, the correction level gets more intense until he stops. This correction level then becomes the startup level the next time he barks, which allows for faster training.
With Progressive Correction (indicated by blue/green light), the collar starts at the lowest level and progresses to the next level each time your dog barks within 30 seconds of the previous bark.
User-Selected Correction mode (indicated by blue light) allows the user to preset the correction level the dog will receive each time he barks.
Lifetime limited warranty.
Note: Includes collar, charging adaptor, and training guide.

How the No Bark 10R Works
A patented sensor system provides the most reliable bark detection available. The unit delivers a static correction via vocal cords AND the sound of the bark.
Three selectable modes allow the user to choose how corrections are delivered:
The patent pending Temperament Learning mode tracks the number of corrections needed to substantially reduce (and, in most cases, eliminate) the number of nuisance barks. It begins with low-level corrections, however, if excessive barking continues, the correction intensity will increase with each successive bark until the barking stops. This correction level becomes the starting level the next time the dog barks. Once the dog has learned to reduce the barking, the initial warning corrections are reduced.
In Progressive Correction mode, the correction starts at the lowest level and progresses to the next level (to a maximum of Level 10) each time your dog barks within 30 seconds of the previous bark. If your dog does not bark again within 30 seconds, the correction will be reset to the lowest level. (Level 1).
In the User-Selected Correction mode, the user presets the correction level (1-10) that will be used every time the dog barks.
Note: As a built-in safety feature, if your dog barks 15 times or more within a 1 minute 20 second period, the No Bark 10R will automatically shut off for 3 minutes. This safety feature is active in all 3 modes of operation.
Important:
DO NOT attach a leash to the No Bark 10R. You may put a separate non-metallic collar on your dog's neck and attach a leash. Note: Be sure the extra collar does not interfere with the contact points or vibration sensor probe.
Your dog may wear a harness for attaching a leash and/or tags while using the No Bark 10R.
Before playing with your dog, remove the No Bark 10R. The activity may cause your dog to bark, which could lead to him associating the play with the correction.
Never leave the No Bark 10R on for more than 12 consecutive hours.
We do not recommend that any of our products be used on aggressive dogs. We recommend you contact your local veterinarian or professional trainer to determine if your dog might be aggressive.
Key Definitions Mode Switch: Adjusts the operating mode and level of correction your dog receives when barking. This switch is also used to turn the No Bark 10R on and off. Vibration Sensor Probe: Detects the vibrations of your dog's barking. Important: The vibration sensor probe is not adjustable. LCD Display: Displays the current mode of operation based on the color of its backlight and the numeric indicator. Displays the condition of the battery (Full, OK, Low). Charge Port: Receptacle for the charging adaptor to recharge the battery.
Charging Adaptor: Plugs into a standard wall receptacle for recharging the collar.

To Fit the No Bark 10R Important: The proper fit and placement of your No Bark 10R is important for effective operation. The contact points must have direct contact with your dog's skin on the underside of his neck.
To ensure a proper fit, please follow these steps:
Make sure the No Bark 10R is off.
Start with your dog standing comfortably.
Place the No Bark 10R high on your dog's neck close to the ears. Center the contact points underneath your dog's neck, touching the skin. Note: It is sometimes necessary to trim the hair around the contact points to make sure that contact is consistent.
Check the tightness of the No Bark 10R by inserting one finger between the end of a contact point and your dog's neck. The fit should be snug but not constricting.
Allow your dog to wear the No Bark 10R for several minutes, then recheck the fit. Check the fit again as your dog becomes more comfortable with the No Bark 10R.
Important: Never leave the No Bark 10R on for more than 12 consecutive hours.
For comfort, safety, and effectiveness of this product, please ensure the following.
Check the fit to prevent excessive pressure by being able to insert one finger between a contact point and your dog's skin. Examine your dog daily for any signs of a rash or sore.
If a rash or sore is observed, discontinue the use of the No Bark 10R for a few days.
If the condition persists beyond 48 hours, see your veterinarian.
Your dog's neck and the contact points must be washed weekly with a wash cloth and mild hand soap, then rinsed thoroughly.
A condition called Pressure Necrosis, which is a devitalization of the skin due to excessive and prolonged contact against the contact points, may occur if the steps above are not followed.
Recharging
The No Bark 10R contains a rechargeable battery pack. When the unit indicates that the battery is low (battery icon on the LCD indicates 1 bar or less and/or the LCD backlight flashes red 3 times every 5 seconds) it is time to recharge the unit.
Average battery life is a 3 to 5 months, depending on how often your dog barks. However, due to greater use during your dog's training, your first battery charge may not last as long. To conserve battery life, turn the No Bark 10R off when not in use.
Follow these steps to recharge the battery:
Remove the No Bark 10R from your dog.
Plug the charge adaptor into a standard household receptacle.
Plug the other end of the charge adaptor into the No Bark 10R charge port. The LCD will flash the sequence Green-Blue-Red to indicate that charging has started.
During charging, keep the No Bark 10R in an open well ventilated area. The LCD will flash red 2 times every 10 seconds to indicate that charging is active.
When charging is complete, the charging adaptor will automatically shut off, preventing overcharging. The LCD will flash green 2 times every 10 seconds to indicate that charging is complete.
Note: the battery should fully charge in less than 4 hours.
Remove the charge adaptor from the charge port. The LCD will flash the sequence Red-Blue-Green to indicate the unit is no longer charging.
Unplug the charge adaptor.
Note: the No Bark 10R will automatically turn off when the charge adaptor is connected to it. Therefore, following a charge, turn the unit back on before using it.
Note: If the battery pack is very low (i.e. been used too long or stored for an extended period of time) it may take some time for the unit to indicate that charging has started. If the unit does not indicate that is charging after 1 hour, please contact our Customer Care Center for help at 800-732-0144.
What to Expect During Use of the No Bark 10R Important: Do not leave your dog alone the first few times he receives a correction.
Place the No Bark 10R properly on your dog and wait nearby until he barks. Most dogs will understand quickly that the No Bark 10R is disrupting their urge to bark and will relax and stop barking. Because the correction may be surprising or startling at first, some dogs may bark more at the initial correction.
On rare occasions, a dog may get into a bark-correction-bark-correction cycle. If this happens, reassure your dog with calm soothing tones. As your dog relaxes, he will understand that if he becomes quiet, he will not receive anymore corrections. The small minority of dogs that have this reaction will usually only have it the first time they wear the No Bark 10R.
You should notice a reduction in your dog's barking within the first couple of days that he wears the No Bark 10R. At this point, it is important to remember the learning process is still not complete. Dogs will "test" the new learning experience and will increase their attempts to bark. This usually occurs during the second week a dog wears the No Bark 10R. If this does occur, remain consistent and do not alter your use of the No Bark 10R. You must place the No Bark 10R on your dog in every situation when you expect him to be quiet. If your dog is not wearing the No Bark 10R, he may resume barking and his learning would suffer a setback.
Is it possible for my dog to learn not to bark only when the No Bark 10R is on?
A.
Yes. This is best accomplished by placing the No Bark 10R on your dog only in situations where you never want him to bark, and never placing the No Bark 10R on your dog in situations where you find it acceptable for him to bark.
Make sure the No Bark 10R unit is turned on. Recharge the No Bark 10R. If the No Bark 10R continues to fail to indicate proper operation, contact the Customer Care Center at 1-800-732-0144.
No. this can result in pulling the contact points too tightly against your dog's neck. Attach a leash to a separate, non-metallic collar; making sure the extra collar does not put pressure on the contact points.
My dog keeps barking (does not respond to the correction).
A.
Tighten the No Bark 10R and/or trim your dog's hair where the contact points touch his neck to ensure good skin contact. Recharge the No Bark 10R. If your dog still does not respond, contact the Customer Care Center at 1-800-732-0144.
