Salifert Flatworm eXit 10 ml
Did exactly what I wanted
I had some zoa eating nudibranchs in my 14 gallon biocube. I did some research and found Flatworm X to be the highest rated, in terms of success and safety. It does exactly what it claims. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! To be on the safe side I removed my fish before the treatment and did a fifty percent water change after. I've read that a second treatment may be necessary but I haven't had an issue since the first one.

After pouring through some web searches and forums, I decided this was the best product to try to get rid of flatworms in my reef tank. I was right! It literally started killing flatworms before my eyes in seconds; their lifeless bodies were floating in the water or struggling on the rocks, and with a little siphon i sucked them out. the instructions say to re-treat again in a few days to make sure any eggs that have hatched are taken care of, and I admit I didn't do that right and they came back. So I treated, and re-treated correctly that time, and *poof!* they were gone, never to return! it does make the water smell, so you do want to do the recommended water changes, and suck out the bodies as it says so you don't hurt any water chemistry. I had no adverse affects at all to my fish, coral, or water chemistry! This product does as it says, and does so quickly!

Best there is for flatworms!
May take more than 1 application, but 10 times better than the other brand. Vacuum out as many worms as you can prior to treatment and during, as they will clump together in a sheet of toxic slime when they start dying. Get as much out as quick as you can. Then after an hour or so do at least a 15% water change and add new carbon to your filtration to get rid of the toxins the flatworms secrete upon death. Totally non-toxic to corals etc. but the worms release toxins as they die so I can't stress enough the importance of getting as many worms out prior to use, getting as many out as you can while they're clumped together dying and doing a really good water change (and carbon) after.

used this product and still see flatworms all over. I went verbatim on the instructions and i even did it twice. Still there are flatworms in my tank. I do not recommend this product for that it DOES NOT WORK!
