Experiment to discover the types of toys your bird finds the most interesting and challenging. Keep in mind that regardless of how intriguing the toy is, your bird will eventually tire of it. It is important to rotate the toys in your bird's cage on a regular basis and not to place too many toys in the cage at once, which may over-stimulate your bird and cause stress.
Cleaning Instructions: Toys should be cleaned weekly. Remove toys from cage and wash them with hot water and nontoxic soap or toy cleaner. For the wrapped toys, do not submerse the paper wrapping, but instead remove, wipe clean and set aside until toys pieces are dry. Rinse each toy thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before returning it to your bird's cage. It is a good idea to have two or more sets of toys so that clean, dry ones can be quickly placed back in the cage while the other set dries. Discard any toy that does not come clean, has loose parts, is frayed, or broken.

Bella the female Senegal parrot LOVES her bucket with toys. She likes to throw the toys out of the bucket and hear them clank agains the grate on the bottom of the cage. She'll stick half her body in and start talking to herself. Hilarious! I'm expecting the arrival of a Red Belly parrot in December and am getting one for him as well.
My Citron cockatoo (Pete), loves the bucket of wood foot toys. Its something he will play with, and chew on all day long. Always had great service and fast delivery with our products, thank you.
If your bird is under constant stress, it may lead to fatigue, illness, weight loss, a weakened immune system, deteriorated plumage, or more. Protect your precious pet from the negative effects of stress.
Even in the cleanest cage, unclean toys and accessories increase the likelihood of transmitting harmful bacteria and disease. We recommend you clean toys and accessories weekly, right along with your cage-cleaning regimen.
No matter how you encourage activity and exercise, the most beneficial aspect of your bird's time outside the cage remains his opportunity to interact with you.
