Bird treat dispenser creates a treat-time challenge

Maze-like acrylic toy makes your bird work for a reward

Challenges your bird's foraging and problem-solving instincts
Acrylic bird treat dispenser turns treat time into playtime. All you have to do is insert a small treat in the opening at the top of toy. Small round nuggets or bite-size treats work the best. Your bird must move it through the maze, complete with "speed-bump" obstacles, until he works it into the opening at the bottom.
Occupies him for hours as he learns how to "beat" the maze. This toy can be reused over and over. Mazey Munch treat toy is made with virtually indestructible acrylic and recessed-screw assembly. Assorted colors. Chain and link included.
Small size is appropriate for parakeets to conures. Large size is appropriate for conures to Amazons.

Unlike wood, wicker, and other chew-friendly materials that your bird goes through quickly, the outer material used in this toy lasts a long time. Each treat toy is supported by a thick hanging chain that withstands pulling from even the strongest birds. You create the challenge by stuffing NutriBerries or Ecotrition treats inside for a foraging experience that will last for hours.
These foraging treat toys can be cleaned with a moistened cloth, but do not submerse toys in water. If food gets lodged inside this treat toy, you can remove the screws from the toy and disassemble to remove the food debris.

My two Cockatiels absolutely love this toy! When they see me filling it, there is a scramble to see who can get to it first to try and get the treats out. When the treats get stuck or they get frustrated, they'll start banging the toy against the side of the cage to make the treats move. This is a wonderful product that promotes foraging in a fun way, and I would recommend it to any bird owner.
My Rose Breasted Cockatoo no longer will eat her nutriberries unless I put them in this toy. I think she enjoys getting them out as much as eating them.
I have three Cockatiels and they love this treat holder. They turn their heads sideways and spend tons of time trying to eat and push things around. It really is great to get them some foraging exercise. I would recommend it highly! I do know that I hang mine on the side and I put it close to a perch so it becomes an exercise gym.
The Mazy Munch Treat toy is like the best thing to come into the bird world! My Sun Conure, Sonrie, loves it! Every morning I'll fill it up and he absolutely gets super excited and can't wait until I hang it up again. Then he cheats getting it out from the top instead of pushing it to the bottom to get it out LOL! So I have to get them right in the middle to get him to work at it. I tell everyone who has a bird to purchase it and the foraging activity is a plus. It not only promotes psychological exercize, but it lasts a long, long, long time! Thanks Drs. Foster and Smith for the excellent prices too!
