Cat Litter Mats Half Circle
Keeps the litter from scattering on the floor...
The litter collects in the pad on the floor in front of the litter box and it's very easy to shake it out over the litter box to clean.

The cat litter mat works wonderfully. Once cat litter is trapped in it it will not get out. Makes cleaning around the mat much easier. I recommend one per box.
It wont magically get all the cat litter off the cats' paws, but its the best mat I've ever used. Its very soft so the cats don't mind walking on it either.
To clean just shake it outside very well (its made to trap litter after all) and use a hose if you want to really clean it off.

It really works!
Without this mat the floor around the litter box is gritty. The mat actually cleans up the kitty's paws & holds the litter until I can shake it over the trash about once a week. A simple & inexpensive solution to having litter spread around.

Like every other parent of a kitty, I was dealing with the "litter trail". I had 2 typical, half moon shaped matts before and needed something new. After reading the reviews for this product I had to have it. I bought the largest size, the rectangular one. Do yourself a favor; if you're in doubt as to which size, get the bigger one. I have a large, domed, rectangular litter box and positioned it at one corner of this new mat which gives my 2 cats plenty of stepping room when they exit said box. The mat is (of course) not going to get every extra crumb... lets face it, nothing will because some of that grit is stuck to our kitties' bums, fur, etc. But the looped "fibers" of this mat do a good job of getting most of it. Instead of feeling the need to vacuum the rest of the room and hall every morning (as I used to) when I clean the box, I now only vacuum every other morning or more to get up a lesser amount of stray litter! I will say that if you have OCD tendencies (as I do), that first time you look down and see those litter crumbs on the mat and you can't use a little broom and dust pan to sweep them up, don't panic! It bothered me a bit, but I settled for taking the dome off the box and lightly "shaking" the crumbs from the mat back into the box. Oh and I should mention that my cats don't mind the texture of the mat. Since it's relatively new (had it almost a month now) I haven't had to wash the mat. I'm thinking that (weather permitting) it will be a cinch to simply hose it down outside.
