SWAT Fly Repellents 6 oz Original
New clear formula is great.
I have been using Swat on my horses' faces for many years now and really like the product. I put touches of it around their eyes, ears, and muzzle because I do not like to spray fly spray in their faces. I just discovered the clear formula and like it better than the original formula. Easier to blend in without it showing.

Wonderful for sore, bugbitten ears.
I have used SWAT for years in the spring & summer to stop my horses from being tortured by the little gnat type bugs that bite & bloody their ears and hairless places. It not only stops bugs from biting, but soothes the bites that were already there when applied. I'm also really glad it comes in clear now. I used to have what looked to be pink eared rabbit/horses in my pastures, lol. One application lasts about 5 days in my area.

I have a gelding that has a problem with gnats in his mane, tail and tummy. I use SWAT on those areas and it gives him relief. You must reapply it every 2-3 days to keep him comfortable. I would recommend SWAT to anyone having problems with gnats.

Works best Better than fly repellents to protect midline and chest of horses from gnat destruction. also for wound fly protection.
I wouldn't be caught without this ointment to protect from gnats/black flies etc that chew on the belly midline, chest, ears etc . Regular fly repellents just won't work like this. Also best protection other than leg wraps to protect legs from horn flies or other flies that bite into the legs. It can be worked into the skin and no flies will even try. Can be used also for around wounds that can't be wrapped but flies may collect on. Also if a face mask is not possible, rub this into the skin around the eyes and flies will not bother the horse there.
