Odor-free insect trap controls mosquitoes, biting flies, asian beetles, and other flying insects. Works without pesticides or noisy zappers. Instead, this electrical trap uses ultraviolet light and CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) to attract pesky bugs. The whisper-quiet vacuum fan traps insects in the retaining cage at the bottom of the unit. DynaTrap is safe to use in all indoor and outdoor living areas including kitchens, family rooms, patios, decks, and front and back porches. Can remain plugged in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Provides protection for up to 1/2 acre. 10 foot, 115 VAC, power cord. Includes hanging hardware and two 4-watt UV fluorescent bulbs. 9-3/4" dia x 11-3/4" high.

Hang or mount at least 5 feet above the floor or ground. Frequent cleaning, at least once a week, prolongs life of the DynaTrap.

Installation Instructions: Unpack unit. Save box for off-season storage. Plug cord into an outdoor outlet or UL-Listed extension cord. For best catch results leave unit on at all times, except when cleaning or servicing. Catch rate activity will be higher at night. For best catch results it is recommended to place unit away from other competing light sources.
Cleaning Instructions: Switch unit off and unplug before cleaning. Remove the collection chamber/retaining cage with a twisting motion, turning clockwise. Empty insects into trash container and brush off collection chamber/retaining cage (brush included) and fan. Replace collection chamber/retaining cage with a simple twist.
Replacing Bulbs: Unplug the unit and remove the collection chamber/retaining cage. Turn upside down and push down on the white funnel with thumbs. Rotate old bulbs 90° and lift to remove. Insert new bulbs and rotate 90°. Reassemble unit aligning the groove to the funnel with electrical wires. Attach fan, and replace the collection chamber/retaining cage with a simple twist.
Safety Instructions:
Always turn unit off and disconnect plug before servicing, cleaning, or changing bulbs.
Do not mount the unit near heat, gas, oil, or other flammable materials.
Mount product out of reach of children.
Never operate this product it if has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or if it has been dropped into water.
This product is equipped with 2-conductor and 2-prong polarized plug as a safety feature. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fully fit in the outlet, then reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, then contact a qualified electrician. To reduce the risk of electrical shock, only plug into a properly installed outlet. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
Do not insert fingers or any foreign objects into the unit while it is connected into an electrical outlet.
Collected insects within the unit may contribute to fire, so clean insects from the unit frequently.
Do not clean this product with water, Do not place where it can fall into water, or near flammable materials.
Do not touch fan while in motion.
Do not abuse cord. Never carry or hang unit by cord or yank it to disconnect from receptacle. Keep cord away from heat, oil, or sharp edges.
Extension cords used with this product must be marked with suffix letters "W-A" and with a tag stating "Suitable for Use with Outdoor Appliances."
Use only with extension cords that have plug and receptacle that match the product plug. Replace or repair damaged cords.
