Assembly Instructions
Veranda Cat Window comes fully assembled. To finish assembly, slide each of the two side wings onto the cage sides. Using the included screws, attach the carpeted ledge to the front of the Veranda window.
Installation Instructions
The Cat Veranda installs similar to a standard single-room household air conditioner. Simply open a suitable window. Slide the Veranda part-way through the window. Center it in the window and extend the side wings to fill in the side space. Close the window gently down on the top of the Veranda. If desired, use the included metal screws to permanently install the Cat Veranda into your window.
NOTE: Never place the Cat Veranda in a location that is in full, direct sunlight for any portion of the day. Indirect sunlight is desirable and much safer for your pet.
Cleaning Instructions
Wipe any debris off the top of the Veranda. Vacuum any cat hair out of the Veranda interior using a standard household vacuum with hose attachment. Access the Veranda interior through the access door. If desired, you may wipe clean the glass and plastic front plate with a soft cloth and non-abrasive window cleaner.

I purchased this veranda in 2008. The quality is excellent and it is very easy to install. Once my cat figured out what it was, she was in and out of it from spring to fall, both day and night. I had it in the bedroom so that I could monitor her habits and she spent many hours at night in her veranda. I taped the door open so she would have free access (I put window screening across the open framework to keep out any bugs) and this year I will train her to push it open.
