CO2 Needle Valve

Control your carbon dioxide injection levels with this professional CO₂ needle valve. Constructed of a precision-machined control valve in a high-impact plastic housing. Independent, inline design lets you place the valve near your bubble counter (not included) for easy, exact adjustment of carbon dioxide injection. Can be set to a stable flow rate as low as four bubbles per minute. Features a barbed inlet hose with lock nut for secure attachment to any silicon tubing (not included) that also permits complete shutoff of gas flow. Includes suction cups for mounting. Measures 1-1/2" wide x 2-3/4" long.

1. Screw together the two halves of the Needle Valve to ensure it is fully closed.
2. Connect the CO₂ Tubing (not included) from a Pressure Regulator or Solenoid Control Valve (not included) to the Inlet of the Needle Valve and secure into position with the Lock Nut.
3. Start the flow of CO₂ from the Regulator.
4. Slowly rotate the halves of the Needle Valve to open until you can hear or feel gas escaping.
5. Close the Valve slightly until the gas flow stops.
6. Affix the Needle Valve to your aquarium's side wall using the included Suction Cups.
7. Connect the outlet of the Needle Valve to your Bubble Counter (not included).
8. Adjust the flow to the desired rate by slowly rotating the lower half of the Needle Valve.

Cleaning Instructions
If it is necessary to clean the Needle Valve, simply pull apart the housing and rinse with aquarium-safe water.
