About 90% dissolved
About 90% bubbles dissolved at 2-3 bubbles per second. The tornado chamber is just a little too shallow as the odd bubble escapes before dissolving. But, 90% is still an A- in my book.
A taller chamber would be more effective but then it wouldn't fit so perfectly in the corner of your tank.

Reactor 500 does a fine job.
Reactor does a good job. Plants really thrive with the co2. I have a 75 gal tank. I purchased 3 val plants and now have 20 plus and more coming. Other plants doing well also. Bearing in reactor will make loud noise and sometimes you can get it to quite other wise reactor needs to be replaced. Reactor usually lasts for 2-3yrs. Doesn't dissolve CO2 at more than 60 bubbles per min.Foster and Smith has the best price.

Good, but not durable
This unit works very well at diffusing CO2, no doubt about that. My issues were in the design. First, the power cord comes out the bottom of the unit, making it very prone to flipping and tilting if the little rubber suction cups aren't properly stuck to the glass. Which leads to the other problem. The little suction cups are VERY little, get very brittle and lose their suction ability in a short period of time. Once that happens, the unit flips and tips and becomes far less efficient at dissolving gasses. I would recommend this unit, but only if you can find and keep a good supply of the cups.

Poor mounting ruins a good product
This worked great... for a few hours and then the 4 tiny suction cups holding this fairly heavy device to the aquarium give up and you find it floating. When stable it does an excellent job of swirling the co2 into the water but it just won't stick. No matter how much I cleaned the glass, moved it around it still would not stay on the glass. I finally gave up and returned it. The suction cups are just too small and too weak to hold it.
