I purchased a Quado Bone for my Two Mini-Doberman Mix Siblings for their nne year birthday. I realized now I should of gotten two. Their birthday is May 1st but they were curious about it already because I had taken it out of the package planning to put a ribbon on it and present it for their birthday. But they were so curious about it, I just gave it to them early. They spent a few minutes sniffing it but Moose, the male, grabbed it and from there the brother-sister fights began on who gets to chew on it first. It was so cute to watch them fight over the Quado bone. On leg is already half way chewed off ! You'll definitely be sure I'm going to order another one soon if it stops them from chewing other things like the wooden door frames. Then I'll buy more for sure ! They just Love it !!
I have a Chow Chow named Holly Berry and she loves her treats. I bought her a Quado Bone for her 3rd birthday on November 6th. I have a Miniature Schnauzer, Boudreaux. He was chewing Booda Bones in 30 minutes. I bought him this to hope to find something that last longer. One end of this was gone in an hour. He loves it.
I was finally given clearance to let my dog have unflavored rawhides, a little at a time. He has GI issues and is on a hypoallergenic diet, severely limiting treats available to give him. I got him a Quado for Christmas because I read that it will last a long time. Well, let me tell you, he unwrapped this bone (I'd taken it out of the package before wrapping it) without even trying to eat the paper, he was so eager to get to the smelly thing inside! He had 1/4 of one "leg" of it gone in 5 minutes, so he only gets it in 5 minute increments. While I'm disappointed that it goes so quickly, he loves the thing. It's been less than a day, with two 5 minute "sessions" with it, and so far no GI distress! If this continues, I'll order another one, as it is a good option for my chewer!
I'm reluctant to give my two dogs rawhide chews, but they love 'chewies'. So I bought two of these. My dogs are big and were able to eat an entire 'leg' within 15 minutes. Whenever I want to give them a special treat, I let them have a Quado, and as each dog finishes one 'leg', I take it away for next time. They love them, so I'm back to order more.
