Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Join 4 main panels, making sure that all tray tracks are facing inwards.
Step 2
Secure panels with hexagonal bolts using an Allen wrench.
Step 3
Insert casters into plastic inserts. Plastic Inserts are pre-installed. Attach inside cup holders on Left and Right Side Panels using butterfly nuts and hanging boards. Place longest wood perch inside cage and secure using metal washers and butterfly screws. (Perch location should allow adequate access to food and water dishes.)
Step 4
Insert bottom tray and grate into corresponding channels. For models with two tray tracks, insert tray into lower track to prevent bird from retrieving soiled food, treats, and toys from cage bottom. During cleaning of grate, insert tray into upper track to prevent escape.
Step 5
Secure Playtop Base to top of cage. Using hexagonal bolts, attach Playtop Ladder to Playtop Base. Attach Cup Holders to Playtop Ladder using butterfly nuts. Attach short wood perch to top of ladder using hexagonal bolts. Insert Playtop Activity Bar into metal tubes on rear of Playtop Ladder. Insert remaining tray into front of Playtop Base.
Step 6
Attach 2 Side Aprons (Seed Guard) to Left and Right Side panels and then the Front and Back Aprons to Front and Back Panels using the cross-shape screws.

Assembly was easy once I had the right instructions. The instructions in the box had me looking for a missing piece that really wasn't missing. I found the exact instructions at the manufacturer's website; the cage assembled easily. Clean up is easy both because of the seed (and poop) catcher and because the coating makes it easy to clean off the hardened stuff. Overall, I and my cherry-headed conure are loving this cage. He's never had a larger cage and he loves all the toys and perches I can insert into it.
This cage is very easy to assemble, and tools are included. It is also very easy to clean, and I like the separate access doors for the food and water dishes, for when I have someone bird-wary sit my African Grey. Please make note of the inside vs. outside dimensions, as I thought this cage was bigger than it is. That being said, I still think my African Grey likes this cage.
Your bird's cage should be large enough for her to sit comfortably and move freely within it and spread her wings. The cage bars should be appropriately sized to prevent escape or injury.
Looking for the perfect bird cage? With so many bird cages and aviaries to choose from, key factors and features should be considered in order to get the most for your money and the best possible bird cage for your bird.
Stainless steel far outweigh the initial investment. There is no coating to chip, they withstand even the roughest behavior, and they won’t rust from repeated washes. Stainless steel cages endure beautifully for years.
